There are some tips for prevent under eye dark circle.
1. Spread sun protection gently under your eyes. The skin beneath your eyes is thin and it is more prone to sun-induced hyper pigmentation. To keep your eyes free from dark circle, use non-drippy or stick formula sun protection that won't hurt the under-eye area. This prevents skin darkening under the eye.

7. Don't overdo the use of Retinol. Frequent application of retinol to the under eye can leave red, flaky rings around the eye. Choose retinol that will not irritate the eye area. 

8. Be gentle in removing eye makeup. Gentle, light touch under the eye area is essential while removing makeup. If you rub your skin under the eye, it causes inflammation and capillary damage that contribute to dark circles. Thus, prevent rubbing your under-eye skin. Use proper makeup remover in taking off your eye makeup.

9. Avoid massage. Never massage the under eye area for it might pull and drag the skin. Stretching of the skin often leads to wrinkles. Leave it to the professionals to ensure the correct techniques are being applied.
10. Wash your face with cool water. Refrain from cleansing your face with hot water. It worsens puffiness and can accentuate dark circles.

Home remedies to under eye dark circle.

1. Take ½ teaspoon of gram flour, a pinch of turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon of tomato juice. Mix to form a paste and apply carefully under eyes, leave for 20 minutes. Wipe with a cotton ball soaked in water and pat dry.

2. Grate ½ a cup of cucumber and extract its  juice. Soak cotton wool pads in this and place over eyelids. Relax for 20 minutes.

3. Grate a cup of raw potato and extract the juice, dip cotton pads and place on eyes for 20 minutes.

4. Soak 2-3 almonds overnight, grind into a smooth paste, apply this paste under the eye and leave for 30 minutes. Wash gently. Do this regularly for 3 months for best results.

5.Massage the area with almond oil, do this twice a day for at least 3 weeks. You can also use Vitamin E oil for effective results.  

6. Make paste with fresh mint leaves, apply and leave for 20 minutes, then wash .
 
7. Drink plenty of water and sleep for 7 – 8 hours daily and stop excessive use of phones and tablets. 

8. Drink a glass of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Tomatoes keep the skin fresh and younger looking
